- Free shipping worldwide on orders over $75USD (via courier 5-7 business days once dispatched).
- For orders below $75USD will be charged differently according to the destination country.
- Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.
- Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.
Customs duties & Taxes
Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries.
- Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.
- If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Bohopanna.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to ship goods within 2 business days. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.
Shipments on holidays will be ship the next working day. Kindly note that our holidays follow the Singapore calendar.
